The stress-free option

Make sure you have travel insurance.

Book your outward journey from Dublin on Monday, Tuesday, Friday or Saturday and link with the Skybus departing Newquay at 3:50pm, arriving in St Mary’s at 4:20pm.

On the return leg enjoy an overnight stay in Newquay, flying from St Mary's the day before at 12:50pm. In the event of bad weather or poor visibility you may have an option to transfer to the boat, Scillonian III, which usually leaves St Mary's at 4.30pm and arrives in Penzance at 7:15pm - there are slight variations owing to tides. Transport between Newquay and Penzance can be arranged in advance to ensure you make your flight home the following day.
