Return Journey

Return flights from Newquay to Belfast depart at 3.50pm on Saturdays. Booking a Skybus flight from St Mary's to Newquay at 12:50pm will get you there in plenty of time. However, we recommend that you take the stress-free option set out below:

The stress-free option

Make sure you have travel insurance.

Book two nights in Newquay and go exploring before flying to St Mary's on the Monday at 1:50pm to give you a relaxing morning and be sure your accommodation is ready when you arrive on the Isles of Scilly.

Book an overnight stay in Newquay on the Friday night and fly from St Mary's at 12:50pm. In the event of bad weather or poor visibility you may have an option to transfer to the boat, Scillonian III, which usually leaves St Mary's at 4.30pm and arrives in Penzance at 7:15pm - there are slight variations owing to tides. Transport between Newquay and Penzance can be arranged in advance to ensure you make your flight home the following day.
